My rfe response received on september 5 2023 but no update so far . Denies rfe evidence saying that we didn't included url links for the citations. We even doubt that 0858 wrote a denial notice before we submitted the rfe evidence as he didn't even.
Aug 30, 2022it’s been 90 days since uscis received my rfe response for form i-864. I’ve seen a lot of people saying that uscis has 60 days to review an rfe response but i couldn’t. Apr 14, 2025i received adverse information rfe for my h1b extension to submit current address to collect biometrics, i had speeding ticket back in 2022 which i paid online.
