The user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. If that doesn’t work, then i would suggest you to create a new user account with administrator privileges and then check if this fixes the issue.
Jan 31, 2013the create storage space button remains grayed out and the "storage pool" is only indicating 256 mb being used. I already used attrib at the dos level to change hidden attributes.
